As an unfulfilled hairstylist who also had a deep love for dogs and cats, I needed a change. Twenty-seven years ago, this is what led me to the prestigious New York School of Dog Grooming in Manhattan. I wanted to become a professional groomer and make working with the animals I loved my career.
Since then, I have been fortunate to build a loyal following of long-term clients who trust us with the pets they love. As a local business owner/operator, I am proud to both contribute to and be supported by a vibrant and diverse local community here in Dutchess County.

So, why do clients keep coming back? We believe it's pretty simple. Our guiding principle is making sure our clients and their pets get the care and experience we would expect for our pets. We reflect that commitment by the quality of the products we use and the professionalism of the services we deliver. We display it through the regular training we complete to stay current on the latest industry trends. And, we prove it through the loving, caring connections we make with every pet we see and the lasting relationships we build with their owners.
Better Products
Some groomers use less expensive products that may not be the best for your pet. Other groomers will up-charge their services if you request higher quality specialty products. We only use superior quality products⏤the best the industry offers⏤all included in our standard fees.

Our groomers have decades of experience with all breeds of dogs and cats in both grooming and animal hospital settings, and can provide any breed-specific style and handle any temperament. As a longstanding member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America we are committed to following the high standards of professionalism and excellence it sets.
Always Thorough
Our commitment to treating your pets like ours means we never cut corners. For example, we finish all our grooming styles with 100% professional hand scissoring⏤the true difference between a top-trained professional groomer and a box store or backyard groomer experience.
All Inclusive
All of our grooming appointments include nail service, ear cleaning, and anal gland draining. We won't charge additional fees for services or high-quality products we consider essential to your pet's health and happiness.
Superior Training
All of our groomers keep their skills up-to-date through yearly industry accredited workshops and conferences. The investment we make in regular training allows us to provide a consistently high level of service to your pet regardless of their breed and temperament. As a certified instructor, Cathy has trained over a dozen professional groomers.

Our standard is to make your pet's grooming experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We design every aspect of our services, from drop-off to pick-up, to build trust with you and your pets. Our roster of long-standing clients is proof we put that into practice every day.
