Dropping Off and Picking Up Your Pet
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 health situation, we have updated our drop off and pick up procedures to maintain safe social distancing practices. We want to make sure everyone stays safe and healthy!
DROP OFF:
Parking
Follow signs from 44 (Franklin Ave) to The Village Groomer parking area.
Handing off your pet
Please wear a face mask at all times when you come with your pet to the shop entrance in the back. Once inside, remove all collars and leashes. We have our own sanitized leashes that we will use.
First time clients
If you are a first time client we will have some paper work for you to complete.
When you return for your pet please remember to have the completed paperwork with you to give to us.
PICK UP:
Pet ready call
We will call or text you when your pet is ready.
Pre-arrival credit card payment
At the time of the pick up call, you can pay by credit card over the phone. As an option, we now have the capability of saving your card information securely for future appointment payments, using our Square Payments system.
On arrival
Please park in the designated area as before. Please ensure you are wearing a face mask when you come to the shop entrance to pick up your pet.
We will return your professionally groomed pet looking their absolute BEST!
Cash or check payment
If you would like to pay by cash or check we can receive that when we hand you your pet.
At this time, we are unable to take Apple Pay because our WiFi isn’t strong enough to reach the parking area.
